These words will be based on the pronunciation focus of the unit.
Part 2 – students must make a sentence with a different word form of the vocabulary
• Example: Registered – registration, Some of my classmates missed the registration deadline.
Part 3 – students must answer 2 questions the assistant will ask 2 using vocabulary
• They will not be yes/no questions
• Example 1: Where do students register for ESL classes?
• Example 2: How much money do nurse practitioners make?
There will be no writing portion to the quiz
Students will be assigned a 5-minute section of the quiz day to appear. For example...
- Student #1 - 4:00
- Student #2 - 4:05
- Student #3 - 4:10
- Student #4 - 4:15
- Student #5 - 4:20
- Student #6 - 4:25
- Student #7 - 4:30
- Student #8 - 4:35
- Student #9 - 4:40
- Student #10 - 4:45
